Isyoda (M) Sdn Bhd was incorporated as a private company and started operations in 1991 with the construction of its maiden project in Johor Bahru worth about RM15 million. From its humble
beginning, Isyoda had undertaken a number of mega projects thereby growing by leaps and bounds. In 1997, Isyoda Corporation Berhad ("ICB") was incorporated as a public company and with its proven track records, ICB became an investment holding company in 2002 pursuant to a restructuring
exercise and was listed on the Main Board of Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange. In 2009, under a delisting exercise, ICB was delisted from the Main Board of Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange on 17 June 2009.
The ICB Group is an integrated group of companies principally involving in design & build (turnkey) contracting services in civil and infrastructure engineering, road & highway construction, hospitals, complexes, high-rise buildings, colleges, prisons, hydropower stations and privatization of tolled waterways. The Group is also actively venturing into overseas projects and other industries.
Today, the ICB Group has a 100% track record of completing all its projects. |
